The service

BaziPal ("we", "the service") provides AI-companion conversations and computed readings based on tarot, Chinese birth charts, zodiac, and feng shui. The service is operated by the operator of BaziPal; a legal entity name and contact address will be published here before paid features launch.

For insight and entertainment only

Readings, charts, and companion conversations are reflective and entertainment content. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed. Never substitute a reading for a professional. The chart engine's interpretive layers are heuristic, not authoritative doctrine.

You are talking to an AI

The Guardian and the elders are AI personas. This is disclosed in the product and repeated here. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

Accounts and free tier

Free usage is limited per day and per person; circumventing limits (for example by resetting identifiers) is a breach of these terms. We may throttle or suspend abusive usage.

Paid features, cancellation, refunds

When subscriptions or one-time reports are enabled: prices are shown before purchase; subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account and remain active until the end of the paid period; a one-time report that fails to generate is refunded in full. For anything else, contact us via a support ticket within 14 days of purchase and we will review in good faith. Where local consumer law grants you more, that law prevails.

Acceptable use

No attempts to extract other users' data, probe or overload the service, resell access, or use the companion to generate content that is unlawful or harms others.

Content and ownership

Card artwork, character art, and site content belong to the service. Your conversation inputs remain yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (store, process, display back to you) and nothing more.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product and the date above updated. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
